"Built an independent house near thiruvallur through Sri VVM construction. Executed the construction exactly as per plan & on time. Very patient in providing different plans Materials used for construction are as per the specifications provided. Quality materials (steel, cement etc) were used for the construction. We can trust them for the materials used .They are well aware with the latest technologies in construction. Familiar in using AAC blocks & other latest construction materials. The site supervisors are honest & well behaved & more responsible which is the main requirement. Even after the handling over the relationship with the builder & supervisor is maintained which is most required. The construction cost is competitive compared to other builders. Additional works done based on additional cost & some done on complimentary cost. Payment terms have been agreed upfront & they are flexible on the same."
